Full Basement Remodel Project
This basement was 1100s/f. The plan we came up with was for a bedroom, bathroom/shower room and a play area that could have been a small gym. The main features were a movie lounge room and pool table / entertainment are with wet bar. Extra features included built in book shelving and a toy closet, double bedroom closet and built in entertainment shelves as well as a designer archway and acid stained floor in the pool are and bathroom. We also enclosed the furnace and sound proofed the entire ceiling. The full project took 6 weeks with 2 people and was fully permitted and inspected at each completed stage. (I don’t waste time.)
